Monte Creek Winery is looking for an HR student who wants to gain experience in Training and Development, Recruitment and General HR Skills. This project is an opportunity to support employer recruitment needs, employer policies and procedures, and overseeing grant/funding submission, confirmations and file management. This position will be virtual.

This project will focus on:

- Developing policies and procedures.

- Strategic HR planning.

- Special projects around funding support, health and safety.

Phase 2: Strategic HR Planning

Analyze our current human resources, the external labour market and the future HR environment. Develop recommendations/predictions of the future HR needs of our organization. Developing approaches to current organizational issues. Internal expansion strategy for a growing business.
